Kenzoria processes personal data only to the extent necessary to provide marketplace services, secure accounts, process orders, and comply with legal obligations.

Depending on how you use the platform, Kenzoria may collect your name, email, phone number, addresses, order details, support messages, language preferences, session data, and technical browsing information.

For vendors, Kenzoria may also collect verification documents, payout details, tax documents, store information, and elements needed for KYC and anti-fraud checks.

This data is used to create and manage accounts, process orders, facilitate payments, prevent fraud, manage customer relations, improve services, personalize certain content, and support operations.

Kenzoria shares with the vendor only the data strictly necessary to process an order, arrange delivery, handle after-sales service, issue invoices, or resolve a dispute.

The vendor may only use that data for performance of the relevant sale and must handle it in accordance with its own legal and contractual obligations.

Kenzoria may share certain data with payment providers, delivery providers, hosting services, emailing services, security partners, analytics tools, support providers, moderation tools, or other technical vendors to the extent needed to deliver the service.

Disclosure may also occur where required by law, a competent authority, a regulatory obligation, or to protect Kenzoria’s rights.

Kenzoria uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, secure authentication, remember the cart, preserve selected language or theme preferences, and, when enabled, measure performance and service usage.

Kenzoria implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss of data.
