These terms govern the granting, locking, use, and cancellation of points awarded under the Kenzoria referral program.

Rewards are only unlocked after real qualifying actions validated by Kenzoria.
Depending on active campaigns, Kenzoria may reward the following relationships: customer to customer, customer to vendor, vendor to vendor, and vendor to customer, with the last direction potentially carrying a lower points level.
Points are granted only after real, measurable actions validated by Kenzoria, such as a valid registration, account activation, effectively paid order, or any other condition stated in the active campaign.
When a vendor is referred, the reward may remain locked until several cumulative conditions are met, including account activation, vendor verification, effective publication of at least one product, and completion of a first real eligible sale.
Points may appear as pending, locked, provisional, or unavailable before being converted into usable balance. This period allows Kenzoria to verify the reality of actions and absorb returns, cancellations, and fraud signals.
Unless stated otherwise, points are internal platform benefits, have no standalone cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed in cash.
The program may not be used to artificially generate rewards or bypass marketplace rules.
Kenzoria may cancel, reduce, block, or recover points where a qualifying action is later canceled, refunded, found irregular, or linked to fraud.
Kenzoria may also suspend an account, remove access to the program, or freeze accumulated benefits if abusive conduct is identified.
Kenzoria may modify thresholds, reward values, eligibility rules, lock periods, participant categories, authorized point uses, or discontinue all or part of the program at its discretion, subject to maintaining already validated campaigns where required.
